Job Description
Responsible for supporting HRIS leadership in providing direct technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal HR customers on Workday and other HRIS-supported applications. Serves as a liaison to internal HR customers and HR Centers of Excellence. Implemented changes and configurations under the direction of the HRIS Team Lead. Participate in reviewing, testing, and implementing bi-annual Workday releases; determine impact, participate in regression testing for new system features, and communicate changes/benefits to end users. Reviews business process and integration performance, assists with EIB and Put data uploads, and ensures data integrity/consistency within Workday and downstream systems.
Collaborate with HRIS leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions. Research in Workday Community to discover and resolve issues where answers are unknown and implement those solutions. Identify, develop, and deliver HR system training to meet the needs of end users.
Perform routine system audits for data validation/integrity and work with key stakeholders to make necessary changes. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Build and maintain a repository of simple to moderately complex custom reports and dashboarding solutions as needed by HR and the business.
3+ years of related experience in HRIS Administration (preferably Workday), Information Technology, or a similar field.
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Intermediate to mid-level experience with Workday or HRIS concepts, architecture, infrastructure, etc.
Intermediate to mid-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
Intermediate to mid-level speaking and writing communications skills.
One or more of the following Workday certifications preferred: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, or Security preferred.
