The position of HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing functional and technical support on the use of HR applications, with a particular emphasis on Workday HCM. This position collaborates closely with HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits and IT departments to identify system requirements and deliver effective HRIS solutions. While focusing on Workday HCM, supporting other HR tools will be a key aspect of this role in addition to partnering with vendors as needed.
This role serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, some integration configuration, and analyzing data flows for continuous improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings strong Workday HCM experience, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work comfortably at the intersection of HR operations, systems, and data.
What You Will Do:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
· Requires excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the management of HR data.
· Experience supporting HR/benefits/payroll integrations, EIBs, vendor feeds, or related system interfaces.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
