HRIS Analyst
Location: Troy, OH | Full-Time | Onsite $60,000 - $85,000 DOE
Our client is seeking a hands-on HRIS Analyst to own and support the Paycor platform, payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting systems, improving processes, and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Paycor administrator, managing configurations, workflows, and employee data.
- Support and process payroll, including deductions, taxes, audits, and GL mapping.
- Administer benefits, open enrollment, carrier files, and invoice reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and benefits issues.
- Improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Support compliance reporting, including W-2, 1095, EEO-1, ACA, and FMLA.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HRIS, payroll, or HR operations experience.
- Strong hands-on Paycor experience preferred.
- Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and GL mapping.
- Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Open enrollment, manufacturing, and HRIS implementation experience preferred.
