Description
Our client is looking for an HRIS Analyst in Plymouth, MI.
The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting Workday and other HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on Benefits, Payroll, and Absence. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of our HRIS from ongoing optimization, to the implementation and adoption of new functionality. You will act as a business partner and HRIS subject matter expert to support business needs globally.
You Will
Serve as the lead analyst responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday, with a focus on Benefits, Payroll, and Absence modules
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective HRIS solutions
Configure and support systems to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, compliance, and a positive end user experience
Independently plan, coordinate, and oversee the development, testing, and implementation of projects and enhancements
Create advanced, matrix, trending, and other Workday report types based on business requirements
Lead change management processes including stakeholder communication, testing, and training materials
Develop and deliver training for audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency
Stay current on Workday functionality and recommend opportunities to improve existing processes and system capabilities
You Have
Bachelor s Degree, with a strong preference for Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline
A minimum of three (3) years of Workday system support experience
Hands-on Workday experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Benefits, Payroll, or Absence
HRIS design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support experience
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
