    HRIS Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday platform.
    • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, condition rules, and notifications across functional areas.
    • Administer and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, - - Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Absence Management.
    • Build, maintain, and enhance Workday reports using Report Writer and calculated fields; support dashboards and worklets for HR and business stakeholders.
    • Manage Workday tenant configuration including organization structures, job profiles, compensation grades, and staffing models.
    • Perform data loads and audits using Workday EIB to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Support Workday semi-annual release cycles by reviewing release notes, assessing feature impacts, testing updates, and coordinating adoption with stakeholders.
    • Provide functional support and troubleshooting on Workday usage, business process issues, and system questions.
    • Maintain data governance standards and support audits to ensure Workday data quality and compliance with company policies.
    • Participate in projects and system enhancement initiatives as a Workday subject matter resource.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and administration.
    • Demonstrated experience configuring Workday business processes, condition rules, and notifications.
    • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields; exposure to composite or matrix reports is a plus.
    • Experience with Workday EIB data loads and mass data updates.
    • Familiarity with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, or Absence preferred).
    • Solid understanding of HR processes and how they translate to Workday configuration and design.
    • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and process consistency.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday Community and Workday training resources is a plus.
