Pay range: $90,000 - $120,000

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst III to own the administration, optimization, integration, reporting, and overall management of the organization's HR technology ecosystem. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, while also providing support and administration for Paycom, ClearCompany ATS, and other HR-related technologies.
This is a highly visible role that will manage day-to-day HRIS operations while driving system implementations, process improvements, integrations, reporting enhancements, and future platform expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess deep ADP expertise along with hands-on Paycom experience and a proven ability to manage multiple HR systems in a growing and acquisition-driven environment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of hands-on HRIS administration experience.
• Serve as the organization's HRIS subject matter expert and primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now
• Own day-to-day HRIS requests, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, organizational changes, and terminations.
• Provide support and administration for ADP, Paycom, ClearCompany ATS, document management, performance management, benefits, LMS, and employee engagement platforms.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex HRIS issues and system-related inquiries.

• Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
• Configure and maintain ADP Workforce Now modules including:
  • Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent Management
• Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and increased system utilization.
