Job Summary
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst III helps the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and Business Leaders with research. This position acts as a liaison between the external customer, Business Leaders, and HRIS teams. It ensures data integrity within the HRIS Platform and maintains Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at or above standards. The role also aims to improve quality and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Bachelor''s or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Relevant Experience
Experience with SAAS HRIS platforms. (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Taleo etc.)
Understanding of HR data structures.
Knowledge of AI concepts including:
Machine Learning
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Predictive Analytics
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Understanding of data privacy, bias mitigation, and Responsible AI principles.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, or Data Science.
Experience training or tuning AI models.
Experience with automation technologies such as:
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Workflow engines
HR chatbots
Technical experience with:
Python
SQL
Enterprise AI platforms
