Description

Overview:

This position manages, configures, and maintains Partnership’s HR systems, such as the learning
management system (LMS), performance management system, health and wellness system,
external content providers, and the employee engagement system. This individual will ensure
that all managed systems will meet all regulatory compliance needs and verify data accuracy and
integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains the Learning, Performance, Health & Wellness, and Employee Engagement
    systems to meet all regulatory compliance needs and ensure data accuracy and integrity,
    with duties including but not limited to:
    • Evaluates and makes recommendations to business requirements related to using
      and configuring systems.
    • Maintains user accounts and data accuracy.
    • Sets and maintains security roles and access levels, monitor accounts, and
      maintain system parameters. Assist IT in ensuring SSO access has been set up
      properly in Okta for access to the LMS and Performance systems.
    • Provides system maintenance which includes upgrades and updates,
      configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, and user access testing.
    • Analyzes, identifies, and communicates system and business requirements to
      respective vendors.
    • Investigates and resolves any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies.
    • Accurately tracks new, deleted, and revised items in the systems including
      assessments, workflows and forms.
    • Processes course updates, workflows and monitors user access for monthly usage
      reporting.
    • Provides training and technical support to users, supervisors, administrators, and
      others who interact with the systems, including development of system training
      materials.
    • Generates, analyzes, and distributes monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports to
      the Human Resources team, Partnership departments, and other Partnership staff.
    • Works with appropriate staff to ensure proper setup and system support for
      complex activities within the all systems.
    • Participates in the development and administration of all associated HR systems,
      records, reports, and associated templates to ensure staff documentation is
      complete.
    • Maintains the LMS functions which include monitoring course content, course
      approvals, and evaluation processes ensuring processes are completed within
      given timeframes.
    • Publishes, and archives online/instructor-led courses; assigns training curricula;
      and adds/deletes resources.
    • Maintains data integrity rules and processes for the LMS, such as course
      descriptions, course or class changes, and instructors.
    • Develops tracking mechanisms and schema to identify employee training
      requirements and qualification status.
    • Creates and updates training requirements in the LMS.
    • Maintains all LMS instructor course materials and provides support related to
      document control system requirements.
    • Provides ongoing technical support to the systems.
  • Performs multiple high level administrative functions in support of the organization-wide
    training program, with duties including but not limited to:
    • Creates, executes, and maintains project-specific training plans to ensure accurate
      tracking of status, changing needs, and requirements.
    • Oversees, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates day-to-day progress towards
      training objectives and timely project completion.
    • Ensures training stakeholders are informed of the status of their training projects,
      including implementation, updates and changes, and assisting with training course
      management.
    • Identifies and solves problems that would otherwise delay training project
      completion.
    • Conducts general research, creates/updates Excel spreadsheets, builds and
      maintains databases, pivot tables, and prepares written reports as assigned.
    • Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of
      staff training and development.
    • Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements,
      as well as provides feedback on real-world usage, defects, and suggested
      enhancements.
    • Seeks opportunities to increase internal/external customer satisfaction.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs other related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering;
minimum of four (4) year of experience performing systems
configuration, database management; or equivalent combination of
education and experience which would provide required knowledge,
skills, and abilities. Familiarity with online learning management
systems and eLearning, course authoring software is required.
Experience with staff training program or learning management
administration, process improvement, project management, working in
a non-profit setting, and/or healthcare industry is required.

 

Special Skills, Licenses andCertifications

Thorough knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Windows based
PC system, a range of software packages, including MS Office and
Adobe Acrobat is required. Expert in MS Excel. Knowledge of online
learning and web-based applications; principles and practices of staff
training; proficiency in research, analysis, and reporting methods;
familiar with standard office business practices and operating general
office equipment. Valid California driver’s license and proof of current
automobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy are required to
operate a vehicle and travel for company business.

supervision; and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive
information.

 

Work Environment And Physical Demands

More than 50% of work time is spent in front of a computer monitor.
Ability to use a computer keyboard. When required, ability to move,
carry, or lift objects of varying size, weighing up to 10 lbs.

$96,970.04 - $121,212.56
