Description

Strategic HR Business Partner

Serve as a trusted strategic HR advisor to VP, GM, and other senior business leaders across a complex, global organization. Partner directly with business leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, hiring, and organizational effectiveness. Help leaders translate business challenges into actionable people strategies and solutions. Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop practical strategies to attract, develop, retain, and deploy talent. Support leadership development and talent management initiatives across the organization. Work across a highly distributed organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions. Act as a catalyst for change and help elevate the overall strategic impact of HR within the business. Operate as an individual contributor with significant influence and visibility rather than through direct people management.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant HR certification is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role. Prior experience as a Plant HR Manager, HR Manager, or HRBP supporting a manufacturing/operations environment. Strong understanding of core HR disciplines including talent management, organizational design, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Experience working across multiple sites, business units, or geographies. Exposure to M&A, organizational transformation, or significant organizational change.
