Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the integrated P4P launch-readiness plan, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across HR, Business Leadership, Compensation, Talent, Communications, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partners.
  • Lead organizational change management and readiness activities to prepare managers and employees for the P4P implementation.
  • Assess organizational readiness, identify adoption gaps, and develop action plans to address risks and barriers.
  • Develop and manage communication plans and cadences leading up to launch.
  • Coordinate employee, manager, and leader communications to ensure messaging is clear, timely, and aligned.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to identify training requirements and coordinate the development and deployment of training materials, toolkits, guides, and manager enablement resources.
  • Ensure leaders and people managers understand their roles, responsibilities, and expectations related to the P4P implementation.
  • Monitor project progress against key milestones and proactively identify delays, dependencies, and areas requiring escalation.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate launch-readiness risks and issues, ensuring appropriate owners and mitigation plans are established.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, working sessions, stakeholder discussions, and leadership updates.
  • Provide clear status reporting, including progress, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Drive stakeholder accountability and follow-through across multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Coordinate launch activities and ensure all critical readiness deliverables are completed before go-live.
  • Support leadership decision-making by providing clear visibility into organizational preparedness.
  • Help ensure employees and managers understand what is changing, why it is changing, and what actions they need to take.
  • Maintain strong alignment across stakeholders throughout the implementation and launch process.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 8–10 years of professional experience, preferably in HR program/project management, organizational change, HR transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing HR projects or programs from planning through implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives impacting managers and employees across multiple functions.
  • Strong experience developing and managing integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating launch readiness for major HR, business, technology, or process implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication strategies, engagement plans, leader messaging, and communication cadences.
  • Experience partnering with Learning & Development teams on training, enablement, toolkits, guides, or manager resources.
  • Strong risk and issue management skills, including the ability to identify readiness risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and lead through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate project status, escalate risks, and facilitate leadership discussions.
  • Experience supporting HR transformation, performance management, talent management, compensation, rewards, or employee experience initiatives.
  • Previous experience supporting a Pay for Performance (P4P) or performance-management implementation.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives impacting large manager and employee populations.
  • Familiarity with structured change-management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a global or highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience coordinating manager enablement and employee adoption initiatives.
  • PMP, Prosci, or other relevant project/change-management certification is a plus.
