Description

Title: HR Technology Analyst I
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 (Fully Remote)
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible), Mon Fri
Interview Rounds: 3 Rounds (45 min with Manager, 60 min Panel, and 30 min Dept Leads)
Requirements
  • Workday HCM and/ or SNOW admin exp min 2 years (3-5 preference)
  • Willingness to convert

Duties:
  • Production support of Client's HR Technology deployment including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting / Analytics and Integrations to other applications
  • Analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements
Job Responsibilities:
  • Production support of Client's HR Technology deployment including Lawson Core HR, Workforce Reporting / Analytics and Integrations to other applications
  • Analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements
Application & User Support:
  • Displays basic knowledge of Client's HR Technology applications (may vary based on assignments)
  • Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve common HR application issues from a functional, administrative and operational perspective
  • Assists employee and management end users as needed ( "Help Desk function)
  • Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration, and consensus-building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
  • Performs systems administration, data management, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applications
  • Assists in troubleshooting data issues encountered by internal and external third-party applications
Project-Related Activities:
  • Assists in performing Business Requirements Analysis and composes clear, comprehensive Functional Specifications that are usable by our IS counterparts to enable new capabilities
  • Executes User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations
  • Develops clear user documentation including Job Aides, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc.
  • Develops HR Reports using Report Writing Tools (Business Objects) once provided specifications

Required:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in a Human Resources or Information Technology environment
  • At least two (2) years of Workday HCM experience required
  • At least two (2) years of ServiceNow Admin experience required
