About the role
The HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports professional recruiting, onboarding, employee records, training follow-up, and workforce administration for a growing home health agency.
What you will do
Coordinate job postings, candidate communication, interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, onboarding tasks, credential-document follow-up, personnel files, employee communications, and routine HR reporting while protecting confidential information.
Qualifications
Strong organization, written communication, follow-through, discretion, and digital-system skills are required. Recruiting or HR experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is preferred.
