  • Configure and customize HR systems to meet complex business requirements; create workflows, define business rules, and implement advanced reporting capabilities.
  • Manage the integration of cloud-based HR solutions (SaaS) with existing enterprise applications, ensuring data flows seamlessly between HRIS and other business-critical systems (e.g., Payroll, FP&A).
  • Create, develop, manage, and optimize integrations and feeds between systems, including APIs and third-party solutions to ensure seamless data transfer and system integration.
  • Ensure all current state HR processes, systems, and data flows are documented.
  • Work with IT to develop and implement disaster recovery plans for critical HR systems to ensure minimal disruption in the event of system outages or failures.
  • Ensure that systems are prepared for internal and external audits, and lead efforts to automate compliance-related tasks, such as document retention, reporting, and workflows related to regulations (e.g., FMLA, EEO, OSHA).
  • Continuously assess and evaluate HR systems and processes to identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for complex system issues.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for all questions related to HR systems.

  • Define and document data models, map information flows through various systems, and ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
  • Develop and implement recurring data quality management procedures and audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of all HR data.
  • Oversee HR data architecture, establishing data governance frameworks to ensure consistent data standards, quality, and security across systems.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process and system improvements to ensure timely, accurate capture of HR data.
  • Define HR KPIs and reporting requirements; design and build reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that enable data-driven decision-making about our client’s people.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and protection of confidential and sensitive information.
