HR Systems Coordinator (Temp)

The HR Systems Temp Coordinator provides day-to-day support for the organization's HR systems, primarily Workday and Time & Attendance systems. This role focuses on managing a high volume of HR systems tickets, employee and manager inquiries, and routine system requests.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Workday experience is preferred, along with experience supporting timekeeping, attendance, or workforce management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve escalated HR systems tickets, shared Workday inbox requests, and crew member/manager inquiries.
• Research and troubleshoot issues related to Workday and Time and Attendance (Legion).
• Complete routine system transactions and data updates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor assigned requests, prioritize workload, document resolutions, and follow up as needed.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams to resolve more complex system-related issues.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior HR Systems team members as appropriate.
• Perform basic data validation, audits, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with system testing and maintain basic process documentation and job aids.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate trends or opportunities for improvement to the HR Systems team.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in HR, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, customer support, or a related role.
• Experience working in a high-volume ticketing, shared services, or support environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to research and troubleshoot issues and appropriately escalate more complex matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or another HRIS.
• Experience with Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or timekeeping systems.
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll, employee data, or related processes.
• Experience working with ticketing or HR service delivery systems.
