Position Summary

CSSI is hiring a full-time Recruiter/HR Specialist to source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, manage new-hire onboarding, and support day-to-day HR functions. This role is expected to grow in scope as CSSI expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Coordinate background checks, licensing, and onboarding through to completion
Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and hiring decisions
Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR administration
Track hiring and onboarding metrics and report on pipeline health

Qualifications

Prior recruiting, staffing, or HR experience required
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

Compensation & Schedule

$55,000/year, full-time
