This role will handle employee records, HR transactions, payroll/timekeeping support, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Process HR transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, job/position changes, and retirements .

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Operations Associate to provide administrative and HR support across multiple Client locations. This role will handle employee records, HR transactions, payroll/timekeeping support, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, job/position changes, and retirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, including Form I-9 verification.
• Respond to routine employee and manager HR inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and other HR system-related issues.
• Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientations as needed.
• Manage high-volume HR transactions across multiple systems.
• Work closely with Factory HR, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and HR Services teams.
• Prepare reports, handle escalations, and communicate trends or process issues.
• Create and improve HR processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power Platform preferred.
• Experience working with HR systems and high-volume employee transactions.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
