We're hiring a HR Services Analyst to join our team in Charleston, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a Sr. HR Services Specialist role or relatable HR function preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula functions
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
- Organizational/time management skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong customer relations experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and analyze payroll processing audit reports
- Work independently with guidance on complex tasks, performing a variety of complex functions in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of payroll processing
- Analyze wage processing problems and recommend the best practices to implement new solutions
- Make recommendations to the HRS Manager for development or enhancement of payroll procedures and documentation
Education/Certifications:
- Fundamentals Payroll Professional (FPP) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000.
