Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Provides comprehensive HR front line data and phone coverage to internal staff, providing internal and external callers with employment and benefit information. Enters employee transaction and benefit changes; educates callers on self-service options.

Responsibilities:

• Fields all incoming calls, on a rotational basis, as a member of the Service Center team.
• Immediately addresses and works to resolve issues with the assistance of subject matter experts. Enters and maintains employee records and benefits data in HR database, accessing benefit vendor websites as needed.
• Maintains system integrity working from audit reports and provides wide variety of administrative support to HR as determined by system.
• Works with team to identify and realize technology efficiencies.
• Educates customers to become self-sufficient in use of available resources via the internet or intranet.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, personnel, and/or a customer service call center.
