About the Role

We are looking for a driven HR & Sales Recruitment Specialist to help us rapidly grow our sales organization.

This is not a traditional HR position. Your primary mission is to recruit, build, and strengthen our sales team as we scale from our current size to 50 sales professionals over the next 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

50% – Sales Recruitment

• Post and manage job advertisements across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruiting platforms.
• \n
• Source and proactively reach out to qualified candidates.
• \n
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
• \n
• Schedule and coordinate multiple interviews each week.
• \n
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates.
• \n
• Manage offers, hiring, and onboarding.
• \n

40% – Training & Manage

• \n
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and training.
• \n
• Track employee performance during the first 30, 60, and 90 days.
• \n
• Work with management to improve employee retention.
• \n

10% – HR Administration

• \n
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and employee records.
• \n
• Maintain personnel files.
• \n
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks.
• \n

What We're Looking For

• \n
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR preferred.
• \n
• Sales recruiting experience is a strong plus.
• \n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• \n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• \n
• Comfortable managing multiple candidates and priorities.
• \n
• Bilingual English & Chinese is preferred.

  Success in this role is measured by results, including:

  • Schedule 10–15 sales interviews per week
  • \n
  • Hire 2–4 new sales representatives per month
  • \n
  • Achieve a 90-day retention rate of 85% or higher
  • \n
  • Build a talent pipeline of 500–1,000 qualified sales candidates
  • \n
  • Help grow the sales team to 30 representatives within 12–18 months
