Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% On-Site
Position Overview
An established organization is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing and employee benefits administration. This role will play an important part in ensuring payroll accuracy while assisting with day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
• Process weekly payroll using Paylocity
• Review and correct employee timecards and ensure supervisor approvals before payroll processing
• Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy before submission
• Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments and updates
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee terminations
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll and HR-related questions
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in payroll or HR administration
• Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems preferred
• Basic Excel skills required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
