As an HR Generalist in the HR Rotational Program (HRRP), you will be immersed in the development, implementation, administration, and operation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices, and procedures that serve all levels of team members. Through each rotation, you will assist in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability and drive business change efforts - all while leveraging data, technology, and people-centered solutions to deliver real business impact.

Program Overview

The HR Rotation Program (HRRP) is a developmental program consisting of three rotations across key Human Resources functions. Designed to accelerate career growth and build well-rounded HR professionals, the HRRP provides structured exposure to diverse areas of the business, equipping participants with the breadth of experience, strategic acumen, and cross-functional partnerships needed to become future HR leaders at Dell Technologies.

As a Human Resources Rotationer, you will contribute to high-impact, execution-based work that supports key HR initiatives across the function. You'll build your network, explore how Human Resources supports business strategy through data, technology and people-centered solutions, and develop foundational skills in HR.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in MIS, Business Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, Communication, or a related area of study.
• Data literacy - comfort working with data, identifying trends, and using insights to inform recommendations. Excel proficiency is expected.
• Strong drive for results, intellectual curiosity, and learning agility.
• Effective collaborator with strong communication skills who can work across teams and functions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt, and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable Requirements:

• Exposure to data analytics, visualization tools, or HR systems
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) in coursework or projects - with an interest in applying them to real business challenges
• Coursework or project experience in people analytics, organizational behavior, workforce planning, or research methods
• Prior internship or work experience in People Analytics or a related function.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $63,325 - $81,950
