HR Representative II

We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. You'll help drive a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.

• Coordinates the full recruitment process for hourly positions. Serves as a resource for candidates and associates by answering application questions, screening internal and external applicants, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.
• Provides guidance to front line supervisors on interpreting and applying HR policies and practices
• Assists with responding to associate concerns and assists with investigations related to policy violations
• Maintains accurate employee data in UKG
• Serves as a resource to associates by providing information on policies, benefits, payroll, and job postings
• Contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of site HR policies and procedures
• Coordinates associate involvement initiatives, including the Employee Activity Committee
• Supports planning and execution of associate events
• Demonstrates commitment to Rockline's RRITE values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence
• Promotes a strong safety culture by ensuring work is performed in a safe and responsible manner
• Supports a collaborative team environment and completes additional HR-related duties as needed
