HR Representative, Employee Relations

Overview

The Human Resources Representative, Employee Relations provides administrative support for the employee relations function within Human Resources.

This position is responsible for reviewing, entering, processing, and auditing employee-related information in various systems.

The Human Resources Representative plays a key role in supporting the leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes, employee event planning, and providing customer service for the department, serving as a resource, providing guidance regarding policies, procedures and systems.
