HR Recruiter - Sr

Job Title: HR Recruiter 
Location: Plano, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 6 months – Possibility to extend and convert
Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting OR 2 years of experience in Human Resources OR 2 years of client consulting experience, OR a combination of the three
• At least 3+ years of experience in Full cycle recruiting
• At least 2+ years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, and negotiating job offers
• Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
• Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend effective ways to attract great talent
