HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Recruiting
Sourcing, phone screens
Setting up interviews with hiring managers
Coordinating next steps and offers with hiring managers
Set up prescreening and onboarding of new hires
Requirements:
Two or more years of recruiting experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in HR
Comfortable working in ADP software
Professional, well-spoken, and able to multi-task
