Duties:
  • Utilize a consultative and strategic approach to support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, and selection of top talent in a cost-effective manner.
  • Execute innovative recruiting processes and leverage market intelligence to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ensure recruitment policies, processes, and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Partner with business leaders using subject matter expertise and recruiting tools to improve quality of hire.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, compliance, and communication.
  • Plan, monitor, and execute internal talent acquisition projects independently.
  • Utilize labor market insights, data trends, and competitive intelligence to build diverse applicant pools.
  • Serve as a functional domain specialist for assigned business areas by developing recruiting, networking, and talent pipelining strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders while mentoring recruiters within the assigned functional space.
  • Handle complex recruiting challenges independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Requires at least four years of related recruiting experience.
Preferred:
  • previous experience in digital or technology recruiting.
