Job Title: HR Receptionist (Bilingual)
Location: Telford, PA
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience (Temp with possibility of direct hire)
Shift: Monday - Friday, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some schedule flexibility depending on candidate availability and business needs)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by interacting with and assisting customers, managers, and co-workers politely and professionally
Answer incoming phone calls, screen callers, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or take messages when necessary
Assist walk-in customers at the front window promptly and professionally
Sign visitors in and out of the plant and/or office
Manage inventory by keeping products stocked, removing outdated items, processing employee purchases, and placing orders
Perform filing, copying, and scanning
Monitor and maintain records of company vehicle keys and manage the sign-in/sign-out process
Assist with lunch ordering as needed
Assist with distributing payroll checks
Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks
Maintain the front office, including ensuring that supplies and HR forms are adequately stocked
Provide support to other departments as needed
Perform other duties as assigned


Required Education, Skills, and Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Full bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain HR confidentiality
