HR & Project Manager

IPC is looking for an HR & Project Manager to work directly with our CEO on two fronts: filling key leadership and technical positions, and helping the organization prepare for the integration of AI-driven automation. You'll help shape hiring strategy for critical roles today while laying the groundwork for a workforce that increasingly works alongside automated systems.

IPC is looking for an HR & Project Manager to work directly with our CEO on two fronts: filling key leadership and technical positions, and helping the organization prepare for the integration of AI-driven automation. This is a role for someone who can operate as a true HR generalist while also thinking like a project manager and change strategist. You'll help shape hiring strategy for critical roles today while laying the groundwork for a workforce that increasingly works alongside automated systems.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the CEO to identify, source, and close candidates for key positions across the organization
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, from job description through offer
• Assess current workforce structure and identify where automation could complement or reshape existing roles
• Support broader HR functions as needed (compliance, onboarding, policy, employee relations)
• Act as a project lead on CEO-priority initiatives that don't fit neatly into one department

What You Need

• HR experience (generalist, recruiting, or business partner background all welcome)
• Openness to AI and automation; curiosity about how these tools reshape work, not resistance to it
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a growing company

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing or another similar industry
• Exposure to workforce automation, robotics, or AI tools in an operational setting
• Project management experience
