    Description

    IDR is seeking a HR Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This part-time role supports a fast-paced organization in a regulated, enterprise environment where HR programs and HR technology initiatives are key business enablers. The HR Project Manager will lead cross-functional HR projects from planning through delivery, partnering closely with HR leadership, HRIS/IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.

    Position Overview for the HR Project Manager:

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic HR projects, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    • Partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities
    • Facilitate project meetings, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and provide clear status reporting to leadership
    • Support HRIS-related work such as implementations, enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvements
    • Drive documentation, training coordination, communications, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption

    Requirements for the HR Project Manager:

    • 37 years of experience in HR project management, HR operations, HRIS, or related project work
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout with measurable outcomes
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
    • Proficiency with common productivity and project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms)
