Overview
Join the City of Gresham as an HR Policy & Process Analyst, a full-time, limited-term role in the Portland metro area supporting HR policy and process development, standard operating procedure improvement, and HR data reporting and dashboards.
We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented HR professional who values a collaborative team, communicates clearly and persuasively, and can turn policy and data into clear, usable processes. Experience developing HR policies and procedures, improving standard operating procedures, and building HR data dashboards and reports is key to success in this role.

Qualifications
Minimum:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
One to four years of professional experience in human resources or a related analytical field, plus coursework or a degree in human resources, public administration, business, or a related field.
Or, any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The City provides full family, comprehensive medical and dental insurance. Vision and prescription coverages are included in the medical plans. Most limited term and regular status employees who work at least 30 hours per week pay nothing for their medical and dental coverage.
