We are seeking a polished and people-focused People Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced HR team. This individual will serve as the face of the organization, delivering a high-touch, white-glove onboarding experience while supporting core HR operations. Key Responsibilities
Employee Support & Experience
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries across HR support channels, ensuring timely and professional responses
Deliver a warm, polished, white-glove onboarding experience for all new hires
Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions covering company policies, benefits, and resources
Support employee programs such as recognition and anniversary initiatives
Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience
Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, and Benefits teams
Monitor background checks and follow up or escalate as needed
HCM & Data Administration
Maintain and update employee data throughout the full lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
Coordinate payroll-related updates and ensure accuracy in partnership with Payroll
Support benefits-related employee changes and documentation
Prepare employee letters and HR documentation in alignment with policies
Compliance & Operations
Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with applicable regulations
Support audit readiness and compliance reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization
Assist with HR projects, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of HR or People Operations experience
Experience with ADP required; HireRight preferred
