    Job Description:

    We are searching for the best talent for HR Payroll Compliance Senior Analyst.

    The Senior Compliance Officer plays a critical role in enhancing organizational performance by conducting risk monitoring reviews, facilitating training programs, supporting issue remediation efforts, and providing advisory services. This position involves collaborating with Compliance Supervisors and various stakeholders in performing detailed tests of internal controls and processes to evaluate operational effectiveness, communicating results, proposing and tracking remediation solutions, and providing training to ensure clarity and transparency.

    Risk Monitoring Reviews

    • Conduct detailed tests of internal controls and processes through data analysis and complete documention of reviews to evaluate operational effectiveness
    • Collaborate and communicate review results to Supervisor/Manager.
    • Participate in the development of recommendations for process improvements.

    Issue Remedediation

    • Assist in documenting and tracking progress of remediation efforts of control gaps identified during audits, risk monitoring reviews and self-identified by management.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gather information on issue resolution.
    • Assist in drafting status reports and updates for management on issue remediation activities.

    Advisory and Consult

    • Analyze needs and gather data to propose tailored stakeholder solutions to Supervisors
    • Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders
    • Participate in meetings, taking notes and documenting key discussion points.

    Audit Support

    • Assist business in audit preparation (provide clarifications on requests, controls..)
    • Participate in internal audit meetings with business
    • Assisst in remediation of identified issues
    • Assist in the design of training session for Audit preparation and readiness

    Trainings

    • Assist in the design and development of training programs and materials.
    • Conduct training sessions for employees on various topics as assigned.
    • This role requires the completion of additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to support operational needs.
    • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
