Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with I-9 regulations and managing the employee onboarding process. The specialist will act as a subject matter expert in these areas, streamlining workflows and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This hybrid position requires expertise in I-9 and onboarding procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Manage I-9 compliance and verification processes.
Oversee the end-to-end employee onboarding experience.
Develop and implement process improvements.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and new hires.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Expertise in I-9 and Onboarding subject matter.
Strong understanding of HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry Experience:- Experience in Human Resources with a focus on onboarding and compliance is preferred.
