HR Operations Specialist Highlights
Pay: $30.69 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Work Setting: Fully Remote (preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones)
Employment Type: Temporary / project-based
Contract Dates: November 9, 2026 – March 26, 2027

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Build UAT plans, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts
Facilitate UAT sessions with business users/stakeholders
Execute tests, log/track defects, retest fixes, and report readiness
Develop and deliver training & enablement:Create user guides, job aids, and admin documentation
Deliver virtual and/or instructor-led training
Gather feedback and update training content as needed
Support implementation operations:Track tasks, milestones, and status updates
Maintain project documentation (requirements, test results, decision logs, release notes)
Coordinate across business stakeholders, developers, and process owners
Support change management communications and go-live readiness checklists
Provide go-live & hypercare support:Triage user questions/issues and escalate with clear reproduction steps
Perform basic ServiceNow platform support as needed:User/group setup, form/workflow validation, service catalog/ticket testing
Validate configurations/integrations in non-prod and production environments
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required)
2+ years of ServiceNow administration or implementation support experience
Hands-on experience with:User/group management
Form validation
Workflow testing
Service catalog management/testing
End-to-end UAT experience (test scripts, execution, defect management, retesting)
Strong communication skills (ability to train non-technical users)
Must be able to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Preferred:
HR Operations / HR Systems experience
Healthcare industry experience
ServiceNow implementation project experience
Go-live / hypercare support experience

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
