TempExperts is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator for a growing organization in the Miami, FL Area. This position supports administrative processes, reporting functions, and employee-related record management while ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficient day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and process-driven tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records, reports, and internal tracking systems.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative support activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile information across spreadsheets and company systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Support documentation processing, record retention, and file management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather, update, and verify information.
  • Assist with invoice tracking, reporting, and related administrative functions.
  • Identify and help resolve discrepancies within reports and records.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring reports and operational documentation.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental operations.
Requirements/Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience working with reports, spreadsheets, or data tracking tools preferred.
