- Develop, document, and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows.
- Review current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
- Assist with preparation for an upcoming internal audit, including gathering documentation and ensuring compliance readiness.
- Conduct HR process reviews and support audit-related initiatives.
- Create and maintain process documentation and procedural guides.
- Manage and update organizational charts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Upload, organize, and maintain employee and HR-related data files, including CSV imports.
- Utilize HRIS systems, SharePoint, and Excel to support reporting, documentation, and data management.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent HR operations experience.
- Proven experience in HR operations, HR compliance, HR project work, or HR consulting.
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience creating SOPs, process maps, workflows, and procedural documentation.
