Reports to: Head of HR, Group

Location: New York (3 days per week in office, Tuesdays compulsory)

This is an hourly, non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The hourly pay range for this position is up to $33.65 per hour.

Role Overview

Hyve are hiring for a HR Operations Associate, based in New York, you will report to the Head of HR for Group. You'll be a key member of a global HR team working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners and Payroll to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of HR operations initiatives.

You will also be a first point of contact for our global employees, delivering an exceptional employee experience, whilst maintaining high standards of culture, professional service, confidentiality and compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for global HR operations queries whilst supporting, providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Escalating non-HR Operations matters to the relevant HR Business Partner.
• Responsibility of monitoring the HR Inbox in collaboration with HR Operations Advisor
• Oversight of the end-to-end employee experience first processes including;

o Preparation and delivery of engaging onboarding sessions to welcome new team members to Hyve

o Employee change administration under guidance of HRBP's

o Offboarding

• Full benefits administration for US employees including;

o Health Insurance

• Supporting all employee lifecycle activities such as salary reviews & bonus schemes
• Maintain employee records and ensure all are up to date and inline with data privacy laws per geographical region
• Keep up to date with USA (and global where applicable) employment law changes
• Become a subject matter expert across the HR Tech Stack; HiBob, Go1, CultureAmp.
• Collaborate with HR Operations Advisor on making continuous improvements to the HR Tech Stack and automating wherever possible
• Generate HR reports from HR tech stack tools and provide context to support data driven decision-making
• Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the business.
• Partner with other key stakeholders to HR to deliver exceptional employee experience such as IT, Facilities, Finance
• Take an active approach in value add culture initiatives in the New York office and for remote employees such as getting involved in the social committee and ERG centric project work in partnership with other HRBP's
• Collaborate with TA team to work on talent focussed project work as delegated by line manager
• Any other HR/Talent team related requests.

Key skills and attributes

• 1 - 2 years experience in a HR Administration / Associate / Coordinator role
• Proactive approach to problems solving with in HR Operations
• Understanding of the confidentiality nature of Talent, HR and people practices
• Willingness to upskill in global HR employment law and best practice across TA/HR
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders including HR, TA, Internal Comms, IT and facilities
