Key Responsibilities

• Managing calendars, booking conference rooms, and organizing interviews across multiple time zones.
• Updating applicants on their preboarding status.
• Initiating background checks & drug screens, processing E-Verify, and ensuring new hires complete all pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of HR and/or recruiting.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
