With your experience, you will support the HR department across a wide range of operational and administrative HR activities. From the HR Support Center, you will contribute to the onboarding, development, and offboarding of employees while supporting the continued growth of our organization.
You will join a professional and well-organized HR team of six colleagues, where collaboration, continuous improvement, personal development, and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do. Together, you will deliver efficient and high-quality HR services to Neways'' Dutch entities.
You are approachable and people-oriented, while also being clear, pragmatic, and solution-focused. With your hands-on mentality, you take ownership, monitor the progress of actions, and ensure commitments are fulfilled and results are achieved.

You are an HR professional who knows how to balance the needs of people, the organization, and business objectives. You thrive in a dynamic environment and easily build strong relationships with managers, employees, and colleagues. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
In addition, you have:
An MBO or Bachelor''s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within an international organization;
Knowledge of payroll administration; a Basic Payroll Administration qualification (BKL) is considered an advantage;
Experience with HR systems; familiarity with AFAS and/or Prime Time is a plus;
Knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations, with experience applying them in an HR environment being a strong advantage;
A self-driven and eager-to-learn attitude, combined with strong analytical skills and a structured way of working;
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken. Good English communication skills are also required;
Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.
