Receptionist / HR Assistant Job Summary: 

• Front Desk / and back office support- Greeting candidates and employees in professional manner 
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
• Assistant in pre screening and application set up 
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling of appointments 
• Communicate with candidates in both Spanish and English
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
• Support hiring process for next level manager. 
• Additional functions as requested.
• Hours: Typical Day 10:30AM to 5:30 PM with FT growth potential 
• possible Full-time to start
