About the Opportunity
Our client is a long-standing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a key production facility. This position serves as a strategic business partner to site leadership and will play a key role in employee relations, labor relations, culture development, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Lead all HR activities for a unionized manufacturing facility
- Partner with operational leadership to drive workforce initiatives
- Manage employee and labor relations matters
- Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning
- Coach leaders on performance management and employee development
- Conduct investigations and ensure employment law compliance
- Utilize HR technology, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience
- Manufacturing or industrial HR background strongly preferred
- Union labor relations experience required
- Experience supporting both union and non-union employees
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching capabilities
- HRIS and HR technology proficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits
- $105,000-$115,000 base salary
