    Description

    Our client is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a strategic talent partner for their Tech leadership team, combining talent management, people analytics, and operational HR leadership to drive engagement, capability development, and succession planning initiatives.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    • Partner with Tech leaders and HR colleagues to develop and implement talent management, engagement solutions, and career development programs
    • Act as a trusted HR business consultant performing talent needs assessments and providing strategic recommendations to Tech leadership
    • Lead people analytics across the Tech function, designing and managing dashboards that translate talent data into actionable business insights
    • Conduct talent calibration and assessment activities to support talent pipelines, succession planning, and performance management discussions
    • Manage and support the Tech HR team's operating rhythm, including meeting agendas, follow-ups, and operational excellence across people processes
    • Maintain visibility to key HR deliverables, talent milestones, calendar-driven activities, and prepare materials for talent reviews and succession planning
    • Create clear summaries, presentations, and communications that synthesize complex talent information for stakeholder decision-making
    • Lead special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership

    Requirements

    • 6–9 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent management and HR business partnering
    • Strong proficiency in people analytics and data analysis, with experience designing dashboards or reporting tools
    • Experience with talent calibration, succession planning, and performance management programs
    • Knowledge of financial services industry practices and environments
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with AI-related tools
    • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and operate in a fast-paced, onsite environment
