Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR, experience working within a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work closely with employees and leadership across the organization. This person will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping develop and implement HR initiatives as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and workplace issues
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting
• Help develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes
• Support employee engagement, retention, and company culture initiatives
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters
• Support training and development initiatives across the organization
• Ensure HR practices align with the needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives designed to improve the overall employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with both hourly production employees and management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
• HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience with demonstrated leadership potential is highly encouraged to apply
