We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager/Benefits Administrator to oversee employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave) while managing HR functions, including compliance, employee communication, and enrollment. They will ensure accuracy in payroll deductions, vendor management, and legal compliance, acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Managing enrollment for health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement benefits.
- Onboarding and Records: Processing new hire paperwork, maintaining employee databases, and ensuring compliance with documentation.
- Employee Support: Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
- Compliance & Admin: Managing company policies, background checks, and sometimes office facility management.
- Designing and implementing effective training and developing.
- Assist with HR sourcing and recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Create all UNANET credentials for client and contracted employees
- Responding to employees’ inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and response to SIDES.
- Assist Accounting with Payroll Changes and closing out the pay period.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
- Other duties as assigned by the President.
