You'll have the opportunity to make an impact across onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, compensation, training, HR systems, and employee engagement.This isn't a role where you'll focus on just one area of HR. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can balance the day-to-day needs of employees with the bigger-picture needs of the organization.You'll work closely with company leadership and field management to strengthen HR practices, support employees, improve retention and engagement, and help ensure our people practices support the company's operational goals.What You'll Be DoingManage post-offer onboarding and orientation, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organizationServe as a trusted HR resource for employees, supervisors, and leadership on employee relations, policies, performance, and workplace concernsCoach and support managers with performance management, corrective action, employee communication, and documentationConduct and support workplace investigations and recommend consistent, well-documented next stepsAdminister employee benefits and leave programs, including open enrollment, qualifying life events, employee education, and required documentationConduct compensation research, market benchmarking, and internal pay analysis to support competitive and equitable pay decisionsMaintain HR policies, employee records, job descriptions, standard operating procedures, and other HR documentationMonitor employment law and regulatory changes and help ensure company HR practices remain current and compliantAdminister HR systems, reporting, workflows, employee records, and program trackingCoordinate employee training, leadership development, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company eventsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who can be both a hands-on HR resource and a trusted partner to leadership.
