HR Manager Opportunity

Our client is looking to add an experienced HR Manager to their growing organization. This newly created HR Manager position offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while partnering directly with leadership to build and improve the company’s HR function.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee support
Oversee benefits administration, onboarding, and HR documentation
Manage and support recruiting and talent acquisition
Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and employee programs
Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and organizational initiatives

What We’re Looking For

5–10+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong hands-on experience with benefits administration and onboarding
Recruiting/talent acquisition experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred
