This individual will serve as the primary HR leader for the organization, partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement, compliance, benefits administration, talent acquisition, safety initiatives, and employee relations. Our client, a multi-site organization, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across three facilities. This individual will serve as the primary HR leader for the organization, partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement, compliance, benefits administration, talent acquisition, safety initiatives, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities for HR Manager

• 
  
• Lead all day-to-day human resources operations across multiple locations.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• 
  
• Manage employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leave programs, and open enrollment activities.
• 
  
• Administer and oversee workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, performance management, and workforce planning.
• 
  
• Direct full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
• 
  
• Maintain HRIS data and reporting while supporting payroll processes and employee records management.
• 
  
• Oversee FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and other leave and accommodation processes.
• 
  
• Lead safety initiatives and support OSHA compliance, incident reporting, and workplace safety programs.
• 
  
• Coordinate employee engagement events, training programs, and company communication initiatives.
• 
  
• Supervise and develop an HR Coordinator while creating scalable HR processes and best practices.
• 
  
• Travel between company locations to provide direct HR support and maintain strong employee relationships.
• 
  

Qualifications for HR Manager

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• 
  
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
•
