HR ManagerCalisota Parts is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality, investing in our employees, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.What You Will DoLead recruiting, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and new-hire orientation activities.Manage employee relations, coaching, corrective action, performance-management, and policy-administration processes.Administer employee benefits and coordinate payroll activities with external providers.Maintain personnel files, required postings, employment records, and HR documentation.Support compensation reviews, job descriptions, scorecards, training records, and workforce planning.Coordinate employee training records and maintain the company training matrix.Support legal and regulatory compliance related to employment, safety, and organizational policies.Partner with the COO, Plant Manager, Quality Manager, and other leaders on organizational initiatives.Promote a respectful, accountable, and employee-focused workplace culture.QualificationsProgressive human resources experience required.Manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred.Experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance.ISO 9001 experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of employment laws, OSHA requirements, and HR best practices.Strong written communication, documentation, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, payroll, and document-management systems.
