Location Description
The Eugene, Oregon plant produces both organic and non‑organic granola, with annual production of up to 52 million pounds. The site supports a team of more than 200 manufacturing and support employees and plays an important role in supplying private label granola products across the U.S.

Responsibilities
About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive people strategies that support business goals while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
From talent acquisition to employee engagement, you'll lead a full range of HR initiatives that make a meaningful impact-helping our teams grow, innovate, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic recruiting plans to ensure the site attracts and hires top talent
Partner with plant leadership to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
Coach leaders on performance-related matters and employee development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate impactful training programs
Drive initiatives supporting career growth and succession planning
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
Continuously enhance HR processes and policies
Administer benefit programs and support compensation strategies
Champion wellness initiatives that promote employee well-being
Maintain HR records and deliver data-driven insights through reporting

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
3-5 years of HR leadership experience, preferred in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of employment laws, preferred experience with OR, WA and CA, and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
