Description

Human Resources Manager

Our client, a market-leading manufacturer with a strong legacy of innovation and operational excellence, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR for its largest manufacturing facility in Southern New Hampshire. The Human Resources Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team, partnering closely with operations and business leaders to help drive organizational performance, develop leadership capability, and support a growing workforce. The Human Resources Manager leads a small HR team while balancing both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. This is a true hands-on position within a lean organization where leaders are expected to roll up their sleeves, execute, and drive results. Areas of focus will include strategic business partnership, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent acquisition strategy, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a proven manufacturing HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys being deeply embedded in the business. They are equally comfortable coaching senior leaders, influencing peers across the leadership team, and building credibility with hourly employees throughout the organization. Successful applicants will have experience leading organizations through growth, operational challenges, or significant change, with a demonstrated ability to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve communication, and foster a high-performance environment. They combine strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and have the confidence to influence decision-making while earning trust across the organization.
